Summer is coming to an end which means school is right around the corner. In a couple of weeks, my husband goes back to teaching, I start another semester of school and Mason will be back in daycare. Although toddlers do not need much for school, I still look forward to back to school shopping.
We spent Saturday morning shopping at Once Upon a Child for a few back to school looks. Shopping may not look quite the same during this time but thanks to Once Upon a Child we had a great and safe shopping experience. From the moment you walk into the door to the moment you check out, I felt safe shopping with Mason. Instructions for safe shopping were posted on the front door and several around the store. Masks are required and only a limited number of shoppers allowed in at a time. When you go to check out and waiting in line, they have marked where you need to stand and wait so that there is a safe distance between you and everyone else in line. I saw staff constantly disinfecting the counters and anywhere else people constantly touched and there are quite a few hand sanitizers stations.
Let’s talk shopping. I could spend all day at Once Upon a Child putting outfits together because they have a large selection of clothes. From tanks, tees, shorts, dress clothes, sweats, long sleeves, bottoms, you name it, they have it. Whether school is online, hybrid, or in person for your little one, Once Upon a Child makes shopping for the school year so easy. They also have a variety of backpacks, lunch boxes, books and if your school is virtual, our store offered a couple of desk sets so you can create a classroom area at home. Be sure to check out the toy section as you can find quite a few educational toys for your toddler.
Here are the outfits that I put together for bubba:
I always go for basics and items that I can mix and match throughout the school year. Also love getting pieces that I can layer for when the weather changes. Camo print is one of those prints that never gets old and you can dress up or drown. These 3 outfits were only $30 (minus the sneakers)!
